RentMapped is an independent, non-commercial project that maps long-term rental listings around Cebu. We're constantly searching public property rental listings across the internet and always redirect you to the original source to contact the poster. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
RentMapped is a map and search tool over publicly posted rental listings. We are not a landlord, agent, broker, or party to any rental transaction. We don't verify that a listing is still available, accurately priced, or genuine — always confirm details with the original poster before sending money or visiting a property.
Photos, prices, descriptions, and other listing details belong to their original posters or source platforms. We link back to the original post where possible. If you believe a listing infringes your rights or should be removed, contact us below.
Signing in with Google is optional and only needed for features like saving filters or editing a listing's location. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for what that does and doesn't remove.
If you correct a listing's map location, that edit is logged against your account and visible to other users (with your email address partially masked) so the edit history stays trustworthy. We may review, revert, or restrict editing if it's abused.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any listing is current. Use at your own judgment.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on listing information, including decisions made about renting a property found here.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
Questions about these terms: write to us.
